About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of greysig.com and any order you place with us. GREYSIG. is a clothing brand based in Lagos, Nigeria.

By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@greysig.com straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently, to resell our products in breach of these terms, or in a way that harms other customers.

Products, Drops & Availability

We release our products in limited drops. Stock is finite and is not reserved until your payment is confirmed — adding an item to your cart or beginning checkout does not hold it for you. Items can sell out while you are completing an order.

We work to show colours and detail accurately, but screens vary and the product you receive may differ slightly in shade from the images. Sizes follow our published size guide; garments are made to tolerances typical of apparel manufacturing.

Some drops require an access password. Access is granted at our discretion and may be time-limited.

Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before you pay. Any other currency displayed is an indicative conversion only — you are charged in Naira.

You can pay in two ways:

• —Card — processed by Flutterwave. Your card details are entered on Flutterwave's secure form and never reach our systems.
• —Bank transfer — we generate a virtual account number through ProvidusBank for your order. You must transfer the exact amount shown, from any Nigerian bank.

For bank transfers, your order is confirmed only once the payment reaches us and we have verified it with the bank. Virtual account numbers are issued for a single order and expire; do not reuse one for a later purchase. If you transfer less than the order total, the order will not be released and we will contact you to resolve it.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you in full if an item was listed at an incorrect price, is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges we received it; a contract of sale is formed when we accept the order by dispatching it. If we cannot accept your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Please check your delivery details carefully before paying. We are not able to change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Nigeria and, where offered at checkout, internationally. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, customs or public holidays.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For international orders you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges levied in the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, contact us at support@greysig.com with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@greysig.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

For other returns, you may request one within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unworn and unwashed, in its original condition with any tags still attached. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear, or of items that have been altered or customised. Sale and final-drop items may be marked non-returnable at the point of purchase.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Bank transfer payments are refunded to the account the transfer came from.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• —Use automated tools, bots or scripts to buy products, or to place orders in a way designed to defeat purchase limits during a drop.
• —Buy our products for commercial resale without our written permission.
• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, accounts, servers or payment systems, or to disrupt them.
• —Copy, scrape or republish our designs, photography, text or brand assets.
• —Submit false information, or use someone else's payment details.

We may cancel orders and block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Intellectual Property

The GREYSIG. name, logo, garment designs, photography, and the text and layout of this site belong to us and are protected by law. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only — it does not transfer any rights in our designs or brand.

You may share our product images on social media with credit. You may not use them commercially, or alter them to imply we endorse something.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Nigerian law — including your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunity.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, or during a drop to manage demand.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. It forms part of these terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before going to court, please contact us at support@greysig.com— most problems are quicker to resolve directly, and we would rather fix it.
